We had a fantastic stay at this bed and breakfast. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and everything was spotless and modern. The hotel facilities exceeded our expectations, with a private guest sitting room and kitchenette, allowing us to enjoy our tea and coffee without being confined to our bedroom. The location in a quiet suburb was ideal, and we loved the easy walk to the beach. Additionally, the staff was superb, with Sue being very attentive and helpful. She was up early to make breakfast for our early start and even booked us a taxi to the airport. The breakfast options were delicious and had a wide choice to cater to different tastes.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in a quiet residential area. The location was perfect for us, as it provided a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The service we received was outstanding, with the owner being exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, a comfortable sitting area, and free toiletries. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the electric kettle provided, which made our stay even more convenient. The hotel staff were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The leisure facilities, such as the free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV, added an extra touch of comfort to our stay.

Families will especially love this place, as it provides a great environment for relaxation and quality time together.

Nice & friendly host/operator, room fairly spacious. Very comfortable. Common pantry with microwave, plates & utensils was a nice surprise. Dvd player in room was good to kill time, especially at night. Hot breakfast was excellent - enjoyed it very much. Didn't try the continental breakfast (personal preference) included with room rate but seems to be a good selection provided.

No in-room table for laptop/notebook pc or workspace - not so convenient if staying for business though nice for holiday. Some satellite tv channels would've been good, particularly for business travelers.

The friendly staff were very attentive and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and had all the facilities required. I would definitely recommend this establishment and stay again. The homely feel and accommodating friendly atmosphere was wonderful.

The amenities were great, with free WiFi and a variety of tourist brochures available. The breakfast was simply delicious and had a nice mix of choices. The bedding and pillows were extremely comfortable and made for a good night's sleep. the location was perfect with easy access to shopping centers and the beach only a short walk away.

The shower had a big step that made it difficult to get in and out of the shower. , the shared lounge room and kitchen could use a bit more attention when it comes to cleanliness.

Guests can also take advantage of its convenient location to the North Beach Shopping center. the rooms are stylishly decorated with great attention to detail, featuring comfortable beds, spotless bathrooms, and quality linen. Breakfasts offer a wonderful choice of fresh fruit, cereal, toast, croissants, and freshly perked coffee. the facilities include complimentary wireless internet, fridges, TV & DVD, tea & coffee making facilities, and off-street parking.

Our xmas trip was amazing! the breakfast we had was outstanding, and the variety of food was unmatched. the location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the beach and some cool bars and restaurants. We had a great time exploring the nearby area. the host was super friendly and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed and was always available.

Honestly, we didn't find anything that we disliked. the only downside is that the rooms were slightly small, but that wasn't really an issue for us.
